Unlike many others, we are proud to produce our masa daily from scratch by cooking dry GMO Free corn, lime and water. This process makes nixtamal. Nixtamal is then ground with a little water and that makes MASA. Masa is the spanish word for dough, (cornmeal). Come in anytime, no need to pre-order, we never run out!
